- We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute care/medical-surgical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to medical-surgical patients
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Carry out clinical procedures such as IV therapy and wound care
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in condition
- Support telemetry monitoring as required
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for treatment and discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
- Follow infection control standards and hospital protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience
Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
