  • Seeking an experienced Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 to lead data automation, system integration, and modernization initiatives. Responsible for developing and maintaining automated data pipelines, integrating electronic case reports (eICR), automating registry data entry, and creating dashboards using SAS, Python, and R. Must collaborate with technical and business teams to improve data quality, reporting, and system interoperability.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience with SAS, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
  • 8+ years in system integration, automation, and dashboard development.
  • 8+ years working with complex datasets, databases, and data querying.
  • 8+ years in requirements gathering, technical documentation, testing, and data validation.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • 2+ years of experience with eCR/eICR, EHR, or Health Information Exchange.
  • Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, XML, and SNOMED CT.

Experience with SQL, ETL pipelines, data integration, and public health registries.
