- We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst Expert to support healthcare IT projects by bridging technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership. This role involves technical analysis, project coordination, stakeholder communication, testing support, and process improvement.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years in healthcare IT systems, including EHR platforms
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies
Experience with HL7, Mirth, Cloverleaf, and healthcare integrations
- Understanding of clinical and operational healthcare workflows
- Strong facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
Work Authorization
