Certified Surgical Technician CVOR

• We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technician – CVOR to support cardiovascular and endovascular surgical procedures in a fast-paced surgical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong CVOR expertise, excellent sterile technique knowledge, and the ability to assist efficiently during complex surgical cases.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist in cardiovascular and endovascular surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile field, instruments, and surgical supplies
• Anticipate surgeon needs and support efficient procedural flow
• Handle specialized CVOR instruments and equipment
• Assist with room setup, turnover, and case preparation
• Ensure compliance with sterile technique and infection control standards
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency cases
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of CVOR experience
• Experience in both cardiovascular and endovascular procedures required
• Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques
• Ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced surgical environment
• Flexibility for rotating schedule and on-call requirements
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
