Process Associate – Bench Marketing (US IT Staffing)

• Job Duties
• Market bench consultants to implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients across the U.S.
• Identify suitable contract opportunities for bench consultants by using job portals such as Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
• Share consultant profiles with clients and vendors based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and vendors to obtain interview opportunities for consultants.
• Maintain and update consultant resumes, skill matrices, availability, and project status.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and staffing partners.
• Track consultant submissions, interview schedules, offers, and placements.
• Maintain accurate records of daily marketing activities, client communications, and consultant status in the ATS or CRM.
• Follow up with vendors and clients regarding submitted profiles and interview feedback.
• Prepare daily and weekly activity reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements while marketing consultants.
