SHIRO BPO Service is hiring a Marketing Associate to support B2B digital marketing campaigns targeting US and Canada markets.
Responsibilities
- Execute email campaigns using HubSpot or Mailchimp
- Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for US/Canada markets
- Create blog posts, social copy, and email content for North American audiences
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly performance reports
- Support lead generation and maintain CRM data quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- 1–3 years of digital marketing experience (US/Canada preferred)
- Hands-on with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
