Job Duties

  • Source, identify, and engage qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with account managers and clients to understand technical requirements and staffing priorities.
  • Negotiate compensation, start dates, and employment terms with candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and the U.S. IT job market.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–5 years of experience in US IT/Technical Recruitment (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered, if applicable).
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.

Experience using job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in US time zones (night shift).
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with ATS and Microsoft Office is preferred.
