Summary
- We are seeking a UX Designer to create impactful, user-centric digital experiences supporting a healthcare product ecosystem. This role focuses on designing end-to-end user journeys, including onboarding flows, customer portals, and medical data dashboards. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in UX design, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration, with a passion for delivering intuitive and accessible solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end UX solutions for web and cross-platform applications
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Miro
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams from discovery through delivery
- Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive, engaging design solutions
- Apply accessibility (WCAG), usability, and responsive design best practices
- Incorporate user research insights and data-driven decision-making into design processes
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative product development
- Ensure design consistency and seamless experience across integrated platforms
- Continuously iterate and improve existing products, unifying fragmented user experiences
- Communicate design concepts effectively through visual storytelling and presentations
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in UX / Product Design
- Strong proficiency in Figma and collaboration tools (Miro, Jira, Confluence)
Experience designing customer-centric digital products (web/mobile applications)
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process, problem-solving, and execution
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on design execution
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms
- Background in healthcare or regulated industries
- Advanced skills in high-fidelity prototyping and interaction design
