Summary

• We are seeking a Full Stack .NET Engineer to join a global Industrial Digital Delivery team supporting manufacturing operations across the U.S. and Europe. This role focuses on building scalable backend services, modern UI applications, and connected digital solutions that integrate shop-floor machines and robotics with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in .NET development, frontend frameworks, API integrations, and containerized environments, along with a collaborative and self-driven mindset.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET 8/9 for enterprise-grade applications
• Build modern, responsive UI applications using React, Angular, or Blazor
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integration solutions across systems
• Work on edge and connectivity solutions linking shop-floor machines with enterprise platforms
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and production-ready code following best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams across the U.S. and Europe
• Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
• Lead or contribute to customer-facing workstreams, gathering requirements and delivering solutions
• Support continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team
• Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience in .NET (preferably .NET 8/9) backend development

Experience with frontend frameworks: React, Angular, or Blazor

• Solid understanding of API design, microservices, and integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and production-quality practices

Experience working in cross-functional, distributed/global teams

• Ability to lead technical discussions and customer-facing initiatives
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Self-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation

Nice to Have

Experience with Microsoft Azure and CI/CD pipelines

• Familiarity with Kafka or MQTT (event streaming/messaging systems)

Experience with Industrial IoT (IIoT) or shop-floor integrations

• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial digital environments
